NATURAL ORGANICS, INC. (EIN 11-2279154) publishes naturalhealingoils.com and sells the products listed on it under the name NATURAL ORGANICS INC. The terms below apply to every visit and every order, and by using the site or buying from it you accept them.

1. Scope of this agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the whole of the agreement covering your use of this website and anything you buy through it. They take effect the moment you use the site, place an order or opt in to messages, and they replace anything said elsewhere.

2. Minimum age

Nothing here is sold to anybody under 18, and nobody under 18 can be added to the text programme. Placing an order is a statement that you are over that age and can enter into a binding agreement.

3. Products and Health Disclaimer

Pressed Leaf and all products sold on this website are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Individual results may vary. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen.

4. Consent to receive text messages

Where you give a mobile number and tick the consent box, you are agreeing under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) that NATURAL ORGANICS INC may send you recurring automated marketing and informational text messages at that number. What that commits each side to is set out below.

  • Frequency is not fixed and varies with promotions and activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to end the messages.
  • Reply HELP at any time to reach support.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Returns and refunds

Anything bought here can be sent back within 45 days of delivery, opened or not, and there is no restocking charge. Write to contact@naturalhealingoils.com and we issue the instructions the same working day. The money goes back to the card that paid, 5 to 10 business days after the parcel reaches us.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of NATURAL ORGANICS, INC. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NATURAL ORGANICS, INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of New York.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Pressings, availability and dating

  • Goods are made to the harvest calendar published on this site. Four months of the year produce nothing, and in those months orders are filled from what is in store or declined.
  • NATURAL ORGANICS, INC. does not accept payment against a pressing that has not yet happened. Where store is exhausted we say so and take no money.
  • Every bottle carries both a pressing date and a bottling date, and the best-before is counted from pressing. A lot is sold out rather than topped up from another pressing.
  • Prices follow the yield of the pressing the goods came from, so they move between seasons. A change applies from the day the new lot is offered and never backwards to an order already placed.
  • If a lot is withdrawn, we contact the people who received it from the traceability record, refund in full, and do not require it to be sent back first.
  • Nothing in these conditions limits the rights you have under the law of your own state. Where the two differ, whichever is better for you applies.
